In order for me to continue providing you with my scan and Consultation Services and the results sent via email or post I will need your consent.

The rules around data protection in the UK changed on 25th May 2018, so if you want to continue using my services regarding your scan results and additional solutions to improving your health please sign below.

By answering “Yes, I would like to stay on your mailing list”. This will allow me to keep you on my database and continue to provide you with our services, which will include updates, enhancements and news in the field of holistic health and wellbeing that I wouldn’t want you to miss out on.

Please be aware that messages you may currently receive from me, such as recalls and appointment reminders via other forms of communication such as text, voicemail or social-media are not considered promotional activity and are therefore excluded from being covered by the new GDPR request for consent.

We might need to pass your details to trusted third-party companies who provide a service specifically to assist your health provided by my company. These include qualified and trained professionals in their field of wholistic health and products that are either organic or have a seal of authentication on their products. Your details will be used solely for delivering our services. I do not pass your details on to other parties for unsolicited marketing purposes. Should you wish to know further details of the third parties involved please respond to me and I will be happy to provide you with further information.
